Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 5–7 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. High-demand periods may result in slightly longer processing times.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship domestically and internationally. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 5–10 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–4 business days
- Overnight/Express: 1–2 business days

International orders may be subject to additional customs clearance time outside our control.

Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, destination, and selected shipping method.

Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees levied by the destination country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

High-Value & Large Items
Certain products — including workstations, edge AI hardware, and enterprise compute equipment — may require freight shipping or signature upon delivery. We will contact you with details if this applies to your order.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at one@hushh.ai. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
